4.2 Upon full payment of fees, VertexCodage grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final work product for its intended purpose. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the work is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 VertexCodage and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information, including business plans, trade secrets, strategies, and other proprietary data. This obligation continues indefinitely beyond the termination of the project.
5.2 VertexCodage may use client project information in an anonymized and aggregated form for statistical or promotional purposes without revealing confidential details.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice to the other party. Termination terms and conditions will be detailed in the project agreement.
6.2 In the event of project termination, the client will be billed for services provided up to the date of termination. Any outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 VertexCodage makes no warranties or representations regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or suitability of the Services provided. The client acknowledges that results may vary and depend on various factors beyond VertexCodage control.
7.2 VertexCodage is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our Services.
